We hope that you’re having a wonderful summer so far. We wanted to share details of our recent Photowalk.
The Photowalk
The Photowalk this past Sunday was so much fun. We had 34 great people join us on our adventure from Mack Camera to Taylor Park in Millburn. Unfortunately with the weather we had all last week much of the grass in the park was discolored and the pond was practically empty. Even with that we all made due. During the mini-classes we all learned a lot and had some laughs.
Mack Employees on the Photowalk: Andrew, Gary, Scott, Rich & Jen
The Giveaways
There were a lot of prizes for everyone throughout the day and fortunately no one walked away empty handed.
Prizes: Westcott Speedlight Kit, Think Tank Photo Rotation 360, Tamrac bags, Tamron/Domke Bag, Eco Frame, Olympus Digital Camera Kit & more

Congrats to the Winner of the Apollo Speedlite Kit: Arthur
The Photos
Below you will see some of the photographs that Mack employee, Rich, captured during the walk. If you would like to see more from the photowalkers please visit our Flickr group.

HDR Photography Mini Class
During the Photowalk Scott gave a mini-class on the basics of HDR Photography and the gear you need and some others that you could use for great HDR photographs. He recorded the videos and there are just below:
The Next Photowalk
Although we are not hosting this next Photowalk, our employee Scott is. On August 15 Scott will be hosting a Photographer Meetup at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philly. This is a great place for photographers because of all of the textures and history at Eastern State. If you are interested in learning more about the Meetup please visit Scott’s website:http://scottwyden.com/photographer-meetup-at-eastern-state-penitentiary/.
What Do You Think?
We would love to hear from you telling us what photography events you would like to attend with Mack Camera. Where would you like to Photowalk? What kind of classes would you be interested in taking? Please share your thoughts by emailing Scott at newsletter@mackcam.com
